FinnovaCA's financial liabilities arising from operational error are strictly capped at a quantum matching the net transactional value of the specific active service packet being challenged.

4. Refund & Cancellation Ordinance

Due to the instantaneous irrevocable nature of statutory filing dependencies (Govt Fees, DSC Tokens, Gateway Processing):

• Pre-Execution Window: Service cancellations initiated within 4 hours of secure transaction might qualify for partial credit note issuance, subject to verification.
• Active Fulfillment: Once internal processing, document drafting, or statutory fees are disbursed, refunds cease to exist.

5. Intellectual Citadel

Proprietary schemas, backend architectures, algorithmic UI layouts, trademark logotypes, and original editorial modules rendered are the exclusive cryptographic property of the entity parent. Infringements invoke standard cease-and-desist and indemnity injunctions immediately.

6. Judicial Seat & Governing Mechanics

These operational protocols are strictly governed by statutes of the Republic of India. All disputes arising from commercial engagement fall under the exclusive and non-transferable primary jurisdiction of the Competent Tribunal Courts stationed exclusively in Gurgaon/Haryana.

7. Service Agreement Acceptance
